All orders will ship out in 1-5 business days. After shipment, you should receive your order within 3 business days. You can track updates here. If you don't receive your order within this time frame, please email us at lilabyswarna@gmail.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lilabyswarna@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our gold jewelry is all 18K Gold plated stainless steel and brass. Elements which are not 18K Gold plated have a special anti-tarnish coating for durability and longevity

Brass is not hypoallergenic! Please note that if a jewelry piece is hypoallergenic, it will clearly be stated in the description.
